On first opening the Estee Edit Pink Peony Overnight Water Pack it feels very light, almost gel like, but don’t be fooled by the texture as it packs a hydrating punch.
The scent is lovely and fresh, a mixture of berries and sweet flowers. It is only lightly fragranced so perfectly pleasant to use overnight, and definitely appeals more to a younger market than Estee Lauders core ranges.
It is applied generously last thing at night after your usual skincare routine, left to sink in and in the morning you wake up with gorgeously soft skin. While it is incredibly hydrating there is nothing oily about it at all, and it is absorbed very quickly.
As well as Pink Peony it also contains Goji Berries, Blueberries and Cranberries all of which are high in antioxidants to fight against free radicals and the first signs of aging. The Hyaloronic Acid intensifies the skins ability to absorb and retain moisture, fighting dehydrated skin.
If you don’t fancy using it as an overnight mask, or your skin just needs an extra boost you can also use this as a regular face mask. Leave on the skin for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
I have been using this a few times a week and completely fallen in love with it. It is the perfect antidote to dull Winter skin in need of a little pick me up as we transition into Spring. I was given this pot in the Glamour Beauty Festival goody bag and I will definitely be purchasing this once it runs out!
